HOW TO ADD A PHOTO TO YOUR PLACEMARK You will be including photos in your placemarks. Follow these steps to do this:
1. Find the image on the Internet that you want to use.
2. In the Description segment of your Placemark, paste the following code:

3. Use control-click to "Copy Image Location" - this is the URL of where the photo is located on the Internet.
4. Hightlight the everything within the quotation marks and replace this with the URL you just copied. YOU MUST LEAVE THE QUOTATION MARKS!
